Raising Money for Autism

In just doing a little research about raising money for Autism, I came across these sources that actually raise money, or give back to the cause of Autism. I think all of us appreciate any company that is willing to give back and help us on our journey! Here are some that I have found...I am sharing them with you, so that you can remember the next time you are making these purchases.

Since 2010, etnies has been partnering with Autism Speaks to raise money and awareness by creating a co-branded collection for each season. Five percent of the proceeds of each item sold, with a minimum of $10,000 per year, will be donated to Autism Speaks. The Fader Kids Autism Speaks features the trademark etnies Arrow logo integrated into the heel area. It also boasts a grippy gum rubber outsole with an internal EVA midsole, an EVA cushioning footbed and a padded tongue and collar for additional protection and comfort. The etnies Autism Speaks Collection also includes styles for women and men.

Let's help put the pieces together and raise awareness about Autism!!

50% of proceeds will be donated to Autism Speaks for continued research....and hopefully one day a cure.
**This is a cause dear to my heart as I work with children with Autism as a pediatric occupational therapist. I personally thank you for your support as I continue to raise money for this cause!

From Etsy store, UniqueReflectionLV...
I created a few products with a friend that has an autistic child. My hope is to raise money and awareness for Autism Speaks. From each purchase you make of these products, 35% of the net sales dollars will go to Autism Speaks in honor of my friend's son.

The CDC estimates there are approximately 2 million Americans living with autism and 1 in 88 children will be diagnosed with some degree of the disorder. Autism can be extremely difficult to cope with, especially for underprivileged families, that's why HALF the profits from ONEHOPE Cabernet help provide behavioral therapy for children with autism.
ONEHOPE donates 50% of profits generated from the sale of every bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon to benefit ACT Today! to help autistic children achieve their highest potential. The partnership between ONEHOPE and ACT Today! helps provide funding and support for families who cannot afford specialized care for their autistic children. From social skills groups and referrals to biomedical treatments, ACT Today! is making positive change and providing hope to individuals with autism and their families.

50% of profits from ONEHOPE California Cabernet Sauvignon sales are donated to charities who support the fight against Autism.
The Golden Hat Foundation and this amazing book...

I would love to hear if you know of any other products or companies that contribute to fundraising for Autism!
